At ForceRelics, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Because many of our items are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through ForceRelics are considered final sale. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Order Processing

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. Because of this quick processing time, we are unable to modify, cancel, or change orders once they have been submitted. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement item if the claim is valid. Refunds are generally not provided, and replacements are issued at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect product choice or ordering the wrong item

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Minor variations in color, size, or design due to manufacturing or screen display differences

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, ForceRelics is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen during transit. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier for assistance.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for issuing refunds. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Attempting to file a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that follows this policy may result in the dispute being contested with proof of purchase and agreement to these terms.
