All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been confirmed, our team begins preparing and packaging your item for shipment.
Please note that processing times may vary slightly during periods of high demand, holidays, or product launches. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Our standard shipping timeframe is typically 7–15 business days depending on your location and carrier logistics.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, ForceRelics is not responsible for lost packages.
If the order is returned to the sender due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, ForceRelics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

Shipping carriers are responsible for the final delivery of your package.
Customs, Duties & International Shipping
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
ForceRelics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier, and ForceRelics does not control how frequently tracking statuses are updated.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or warehouse location. If this occurs, each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Delivery Issues
If your package is significantly delayed or you experience delivery issues, please contact our support team. While we cannot control carrier operations, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
